Tyrafos has more than 50 international patents in the subject area of image sensors, and more than 100 patents have been applied.
Tyrafos is the first China company to apply CMOS image sensor (CIS) to under-display optical fingerprint sensor (Under-Display OFPS), 3D face recognition (Face ID), Time of Flight sensor (ToF), Genome Sequencing related to human DNA and Li-Fi Visible Light Communications (VLC). Tyrafos’s main products all have independent intellectual property rights and have formed a comprehensive intellectual property management system.
